Item must be in resaleable condition
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@thehotsale.co.uk
with photos or videos.
We will offer:

Or a full refund
Or a partial refund where appropriate
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
3. How to Start a Return

Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
PayPal: within 48 hours
Credit/Debit Card: 7–14 business days (depending on your card provider)
5. Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law for faulty or misdescribed goods.
