What countries do you ship to?

Free shipping on all orders within the mainland UK.

Do you ship to remote area of Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, or Northern Ireland?

We can ship to those ares, but an additional delivery surcharge will be apllied to the following areas:

Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man and the following postal code areas: BT, FK, KA (1-26, 29, 30), PA (1-19), PH, AB, IV, KW (1-14), PO (30-41) etc.

When will my order be delivered?

It normally takes 24-48 hours for order handling in working days and 3-7 business days for transit time. (UK Express Standard Logistics Time)

It's been longer than the estimated arrival time and I still haven't received my order, what should I do?

If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us, log in to your account and click into "My Orders". Here you can see up-to-date delivery/dispatch info.

If you can see the order has been dispatched and you've not yet heard from the courier, get in touch and we can resolve this for you.

How do I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Log in and check your order status in "My Orders".

If your order status is unpaid, you can cancel it directly yourself.

If you've paid for your order, in-stock items normally ship within 1-5 business days after an order has been paid. We accept cancellations on orders that have not yet shipped or if the items are on backorder. In this case, please contact our Customer Service to cancel your order.

Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Returns and Refunds

How do I cancel an order or make a return?

Ordered the wrong item? Or not happy with the product? Simply contact us within 30 days from the day after delivery to return your order.

We'll get back to you within 48 hours to authorise the return.

You can then send the product back to us via a secure courier. You’ll need to arrange and pay for the courier, you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.

Once we've received the product back we’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps.

If the item has been used or installed we will only make a partial refund to cover the diminished value of the product.

My item arrived damaged

Please contact us immediately on team@thehotsale.co.uk to report any damage.

It's rare that a product arrives damaged but if it does you can refuse the item at the point of delivery and it will be returned with the driver.

How to report a damaged product:
1. Contact us create a return request
2. Upload any pictures of the damage via the return portal
3. We will respond to you within 48 hours to inform you of the next steps

My item is not working properly

If you receive a product that is not working properly, please contact our customer service department for technical assistance. We will provide relevant guidance. If the problem persists and the product still doesn't work, you can request a refund or replacement. If the product received is defective, our customer service will provide technical support or propose a solution. If you are able to repair it yourself or through a local store, we will provide some compensation accordingly.

How to change my receive items

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want before returning the original. This will ensure that your new item is in stock and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to reach your account may vary, depending on your card issuer's policies.

a. PayPal Refunds:
Refunds processed through PayPal may take up to 48 hours to be processed and reflected in your PayPal account.

b. Credit Card Refunds:
For refunds made to credit cards, please allow for a period of 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The specific duration depends on your credit card company and any intermediaries involved in the transaction.
